The Lustre of Contests in 5 Cities

At the end of February - March 2008, the ornamental plant world was enlivened with several contests in 5 cities: Jakarta, Semarang, Surakarta, Wonosobo, and Tangerang. Each contest held competition of ornamental plants which were in trend such as sansevieria, aglaonema, anthurium, and adenium. At Trubus Agro Expo 2008 which was held in March 2^nd, 2007, there were 3 contests: sansevieria, aglaonema, and anthurium. From the three contests, anthurium contest was the one with the most participants. At least 103 participants competed to become the champion.

 Anthurium jenmanii kobra belonging to Ir Rusli from Bogor was the champion in jenmanii class. Another contest which was also full of participants was the sansevieria contest with 86 participants. In Wonosobo, the participants of a similar contest exploded in number up to 110 participants.
